Hosted in collaboration with High Tide Sauna, the sunset sauna boat ride brought the girls together for an evening of wellness, meaningful connection, and personal growth in one of Vancouver's most unique settings.

Guests enjoyed the warmth of the wood-fired sauna on board, followed by cold plunges in the Pacific Ocean, creating an experience that supported both physical and mental well-being.

Designed to foster authentic conversations in a relaxed environment, the event offered space for women to slow down and build genuine connections. As the sun set over the water, everyone shared conversations around personal development, wellness, and life, reinforcing the power of community and the value of creating intentional spaces where women can support and inspire one another! <3
